Frank Reyes has been in the electrical trade 18+ years. His experience includes commercial and industrial construction. T majority of his career has been focused on water purification plants and wastewater treatment facilities. He graduated from the IEC 4 year apprenticeship program in 2012 and he continues to learn and grow.

Adrian Guerra has 38 years of experience in the following types of projects, Large Custom Homes, Commercial – Office buildings, Schools, Hotels, Churches. Industrial projects – Water and Wastewater Plants, Petrochem, Oil and Gas Midstream, Crude Oil Storage Stations, and Oil and Natural Gas Pumping Stations.
He is a City of Houston Master License, State of Texas and Louisiana Master License.

Frank has been in the electrical field for 25 years. He earned his Journeyman's Certification through San Jacinto College Electrical Technologies and is license in the State of Texas. The license has been a stepping stone in which he gradually climbed throughout his career and has led him to his position at AJI.

Ralph Mendoza,

Ralph Mendoza is currently a Project Manager at Andrew-Jordan Industrial. He was born in Born in Chicago, Illinois where he received an Associate’s Degree in Telecommunications Management. During his career in AT&T, Ralph became Lean Certified, received a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Nanodegree in Data Science. Ralph then moved to Houston in August 2019 for several reasons, one of which was to start a second career with Andrew-Jordan Industrial and offer his knowledge and experiences in support of the many AJI successes and endeavors.

Richard "Tiger" Urias,

Richard started in the electrical trade in 1987 as an electrical apprentice working in the refineries along the Houston ship channel. He left the refineries and went to work in the commercial, water and wastewater industry in 1997 and has been working mainly in this industry for the last 25 years. His work experience includes all aspects of the electrical field; from install, estimating, supervising, QA/QC, safety, and project management.
